i try to login into my old account, but my password was wiped so i try to click forgot password, then it tell me my email address is tie to 2 accounts, which i'm pretty sure one of it is an old account that i didn't use anymore

so can you delete one of my account? (prefered the lower point one)

i want to post the email here but afreaid that it will attract the spam mail, so can i pm someone for this?
