Hmm, it works for me. You need to win a battle to notice the effect. You also don't get any XP if the final number doesn't top the map's high score. The mid-level maps, played at a normal pace, yielded millions of XP for me.

Ok, I figured it out now, first I tried it on a field with a low "field xp" and didn't notice much. Now I tried it on a field with a high xp and it made a big difference. On I-6 I managed to get 59,942,412 xp.  Imagin if I used Unlimited mode (yes I bought the game, lame I know, but It is only 5 bucks.)

Unfortunately, the game recalculates skill points frequently rather than save them as a static variable. Any hack that allows you to buy more skills than you have points for will necessarily only last until you reload the game. You can salvage your saved progress by redistributing skill points, at least.

Use XP hack as a workaround to get plenty of skill points safely, even if it isn't unlimited.

6.go to CE, enable "Also scan read-only memery"

8.change the result to f2 0f 5c c0 90 90 90 90
9.now you can duplicate gem free even the cost is larger than your mana pool size

if in step 7 you get two or more results, maybe the last result is right
i have succeeded in IE6 FIREFOX3.6.15 in my two computers

So realistically, once you get all max points and amulets... you've reached the top. It would take forever... but its possible i suppose.
