Isn't there anybody on the site who is knowledgable to bring KBH back on-line.
Just asking why nobody has attempted to do this.

I second this. The undeniable fact is that there will always be new badges for MMOs. Thus, a way to hack these games are needed, but with traditional methods not working due to the games being server sided, a program like KBH is required.

Since Kongregate cannot totally change the way their badge system works due to the risk of deleting the badges we currently have and the only way they can patch up our program is to change the servers totally which is costly, it is justifiable to create a program just like KBH.

I suggest for our most experienced hackers to work together to create a program just like KBH, by reverse engineering from what KBH was like as a baseline or even an entirely new program, exclusively to hack MMOs which would be required in times to come.

Easier said than done, making a program like KBH requires knowledge about javascripting and html parsing, so it isn't really the case of hackers uniting, more like programmers and developers to unite to try and build it. And it really does require a person with a high knowledge in programming to build a program similar to KBH.

javascripting and html parsing? I dont think so, and certainly not. its really just some data handling and packet pushing...

now maybe theres something huge im missing, so i shouldnt trivialize it, but the implementation of a new kbh doesnt seem all that difficult.

ETA: at some point I heard it was an issue with login... and well I cant get kong  login to work in my projects either... although i never tried very hard...

I use this AoB tool to make all the AoBs I post. Try the online version if you dont feel like downloading it.

You could look at the source for the old KBH which could be found here for help:

It's just a way of spoofing authentication data for your username and what Kong stat in the API you want to change

I just had an idea: Have you guys tried AoBs for 100% at haggling/Suggestions? I see bits of code referencing to those in CE's Memory view... but I'm no good at reading code that isn't spelled out for me.

I'm pretty sure every action you take in-game requires server authentication/synchronization. Client-side hacks probably won't work.

Hm? Wasn't there an AoB here a moment ago for reversing salary costs by Master_X?And when I use google's cache I see yet another post for "leveling up for less".

You can find AoBs and change them and everything, but they won't work... I guess the server updates the game and changes it back if it detects such changes.

All the game processing is server-side. The Kong shell is basically a front-end that just displays values and takes in your inputs.  The server will still check your inputs to make sure everything makes sense, so you can't really hack it.

You're better off trying to spoof the Kong API

Then lets pray for KBH...or perhaps a new programmer to take up the torch and make a new program.

I doubt there are any hacks, but then again...

(broken image removed)

Is this legit?
If it is, then an item cost average is 17281. I don't know if that's possible, I haven't played the game much...
If it's not, then there might be some chance that the game can be "hacked".

There's also this

There ya go! Now we just need to get these people to tell us something...hopefully not as potent as theirs.

I tried making one of my own but I am not knowledgeable enough.

Even with packet sniffers I can't figure out what kongregate.stats.submit is really sending and where it's sending it (I can look at both Firefox and plugin-container and nothing gives anything of use)
