If you are having trouble getting the Running Laps and Sprinting Laps medals set Speedhack to .5 or .1 if you have enough patience to sit there for several minutes.  Select Relaxation and training relaxation and fitness to Probably High and Varsity.  It will take 2 hours for Varsity to go to Awesome and 3 hours for Relaxation to go from Probably High to Ecstatic with it set on .1.  Just spend a few seconds raising them back up and keep running laps  (broken image removed).
