As are the stats of your monsters. Look up a monster's attack, train it, then search again. Once you have the attack value, keep adding or subtracting 04 from the addy and you'll find the health, int, level, etc. Set heath/att/int/dex to 800 and win every fight right off the bat.

Every stats are 4b*1 including Pop
range or magic units with pops 20 looks very overwhelming.
