We've recently changed out file management system over from a pre-packaged product to a completely custom solution.  In the process, we've had to move all files from their old location to a new one.  This has broken many images across the site, be it in old content pages, people's signatures, etc.  If possible, please update your signatures/avatars to reflect the new file locations.  The new file browser contains all of your prevous files and their new URL's.

This new file manager is a work in progress and I will be updating it as soon as I get more free time.  For example, I need to build a browse server button for the My Avatars page.

Anyway, I'm updating links within posts, although it is taking a significant amount of time.  Please bear with us while this runs.
