Turn on the hack after a Fresh Load of the Browser version of the game and apply the hacks when you load up in the Hangar. More information is explained in the Tutorial on the blog.  Kinda got in trouble with youtube XD.  This only works with a few weapons, For
• Medic it's the Red/Heal Beams, 
• For The Big guy lol.. Minigun,
• Fastcar guy, his Yellow Sniping gun.
