Yeah, shit happened today.  

Around 7:45am EST, MySQL crashed, and after our host spent 2 hours pretty much getting nothing accomplished, they decided the only course of action was to roll back to a backup from  4:30am EST.  That said, it took a total of almost 7 hours to recover.  Fuckin bullshit.

Anyway, we're not exploring options for redundancy.  I have a few calls to make to a couple sales departments later or possiblty tomorrow if I don't have enough time, to look into failover and redundancy options.  Keep in mind that this shit's all expensive, and we're ran entirely on donations, so this may not be a possibility.  We'll see how things go.
