follow the general troubleshooting procedures. install .net framework and vcredist, disable your antivirus during install and during use, disable any programs that can act as a big proxy (since its showing a cert issue) and see if the problem persists

i have gone through all and have downloaded KHUT again but it still shows same error

MY friend had a similar problem. It was solved when he installed the SP 3 for windows XP
