I want to throw in another one, that I really like:
Mouse and Key Recorder
http://www.kratronic.com/tools/recorder/index.html

It needs you to reset the trial from time to time by deleting a registry key ("HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Creative Tech\Common\Part7", message me if you need help with that), but it is quite nice, as it has its own scripting language. So after recording, even if you are not too much into programming, you can easily insert steps, delays, change order etc.

I used to use it about a decade ago when I was inexperienced with programming, but recently rediscovered it and use it extensively for stuff that I have to run on offline machines that I cannot automate out of the original software, as it is so simple to set up

The one I have is the Auto-clicker 2.2. The good thing about this one is that have the option of Smart click. You do a sequence clicking and then the program do it for you, as fast and many times you desire.

I agree with ksteve that alot of them are similiar and its pretty much up for personal preference. Personally my favourite autoclicker is the murgee one as its got a few extra features then just a base auto clicker.

My favourite clicker program is called Auto Clicker by Shocker.

I've tried a few but this one is very simple and lightweight and doesn't appear to have anything malicious packaged with it, which is more than I can say for some clickers I have used.

You can configure a hotkey of choice, repeat/time/duration, theres nothing unneeded with it it's got a small clean adfree interface, I can't think of a way to improve it honestly.

I use a personalized Auto Clicker with a script I made using Auto Hotkey (small free software, https://autohotkey.com/). It's pretty easy to learn the basic stuff, but you can go pretty far with it. There's a script allowing you to hide windows in the icon tray (to hide the pr0n or whatever. Note: the hidden windows can only be found in the right click menu of the script icon, but you can still unhide any windows with the hotkey). You can make yourself a bot running on a loop if you want.
I personally made myself a script that has "toggles" meaning that you can turn on and off parts of the script, say, you can have the autocliker off (meaning the hotkeys associated to the autoclicker have their original purpose), but the block input can be turned on (meaning the hotkey associated to the block input script with toggle input)

This is the code if you want, but you probably won't understand it unless you know the basics such as the modifier keys syntax: https://pastebin.com/61UGCPcp
What it can currently do:

  • Toggle BlockInput from mouse and keyboard
  • Turn BlockInput on and off (when BlockInput is toggled ON) (blocking input doesn't prevent you from unblocking it, so you can't get stuck in the blocked state, and even if you do, Ctrl+Alt+Del stops the script)
  • Toggling between 3 autoclick modes:
  1. Off
  2. On, Left Click only (for autoclicker)
  3. On, Left + Right Click at the same time (for autoclicker)
  • Both autoclick modes (On) have hotkeys for single Left Click and Right Click (if you want to be a little more silent with the mouse), a hotkey for autoclick "ignition" (only when script is freshly started) and a hotkey for start/stop clicking
  • When autoclick mode is On, the interval between clicks is adjustable with a hotkey

There's supposed to be more but I got lazy and didn't add more stuff to it.
