Exactly.. the increase doesn't follow the speedhack.. i mean, if you put x10 speed, you wont have a x10 resources.. You'll have a little increase but still.. And as sayd before, you can see the difference per minute.. I suppose recources timers aren't server sided, because if you try the speedhack on armies movement or buildings, they wont change. |

Quote from: "Funktasticmo" Yeah the speedhack works but in a slightly smaller % than what is said. (broken image removed) eg: you make 30000 you use speedhack x10 you should get 300000 right? well you actually get about close to 10% more actually. That's already been said. also, don't double post Check before you post, someone may have beaten you there. |

Quote from: "Funktasticmo" @maxiThe only words that we would understand and usually go by would be "The more you have while speedhacking, the more you'll get in the end." Percentages usually makes "sleechers" confused and cause them to bitch and whine on the forum afterwards. |

Raging fucktards!
Caesary is extremely interesting in the back end/front end communications department. Resources are synced with the server every 6 minutes. Other than that, the client handles the display and constant update of your resources. If they tried to update your local resources every 1 second, their servers would be insanely bogged down, and they are already slow enough as it is. Sure, you can speedhack the display all you want, but it won't change what is on the server. The unit hack was their fault for not checking the server at each unit transaction. Also, for whatever reason, they are using Signed database fields for handling units. This means there can be negative numbers. In the case of Unsigned database fields, the numbers can only be positive. (broken image removed) Anyway, speedhack all you want, you won't get anywhere... Unless they don't check the server when you buy stuff I guess.

He's probably using WPE to edit gold, or another exploit. He should get ready to get b& (IP probably). |

Quote from: "SmallishDonkey" So has anyone figured out how to replicate this?Obviously not. Why did you bother creating an account to post that? This has been PATCHED, there is no replicating it. Quote from: "Funktasticmo" Well if anyone does figure anything out spread through PMs to me if you would. (broken image removed) I'll keep checking back though its still at v1.16 for those who dont know (broken image removed) No one is going to send you a PM. Why? Because you can check the little box that says "Notify me when a reply is posted." As of right now, we are investigating what can be exploitable between the client and the server. We do know that 100% of the data housed on the server is accurate information. The only thing we can tamper with is the client side information, which greatly limits what we can and cannot do. Units were stored on the server using an asshat setup that allowed for negative numbers in the database. This was quickly fixed after people made trillions of units in seconds. Basically, the only things I can perceive to be exploitable are... 1) Items (counts are low, so CE might never get a lock on anything) 2) Gold Transactions (you need a LOT of info to break this one, and only if Caesary server isn't using Konduit 2.0 Microtransactions Security auth check) 3) Tweak resources to build a ton of stuff and see if it works. I doubt it though. 4) Hero Physical/Pts.
