Auto Select Flash Player in Chrome after PepperFlash disable

Given that Chrome's built in PepperFlash often causes problems/lag in many flash games on Chrome, I have disabled it to use my systemwide Flash. However, this means that its nearly impossible to use Chrome with the Ultra Trainer, due to how Chrome creates scores of identical processes. Would it be possible for the Ultra Trainer to identify the correct chrome.exe process with built in flash disabled?
