I would feel a little better if KongregateHack said if it was ok to post the link because he said we can't post premium content, and you're supposed to have to pay to get to these games.

I've been thinking the same thing but you guys beat me to it.

Anyone can play it, it's just available earlier to Kong+, everyone can play it within a month or two

After reviewing the board guide lines;
I have come to the conclusion that posting a .SWF of a premium game would, under board circumstances, be allowed.

The rules specifically state that posting a HACK of premium content would not be tolerated.
Posting the link to an online official .swf is most certainly not a hack.
It also does not enable premium content.

Hacks that enable the premium content without paying aren't allowed. Hacks that do the exact same thing as the premium content, however, are allowed.

The game itself is the premium content. No pay no game, that's how it works.

It's freely available at DeviantArt, and the version is newer too.
