Still working @kong server.
Most cheats with a * need to be applied during 50%-100% of the initial loading bar. Try use the KHUT pause function please.
Always include 'Disable Cheat Notify', else it will either send cheat notify to server, and/or 'adjust/force' the attack speed bonus to be 1.

so activate the disable cheat notify first before activating the others in the next loading screen???

It should be fixed.
The developer's change seems not for anti-cheat.
It seems a gameplay environment modification of attack speed,... under-water map ???
