energy hack stopped working some time back

That's an awful lot of time and work for the tankards, which seem to have had their drop chance improved (getting one every other fight or so). And there's still 19 days left anyway, so it's not like people need to rush to get it. So, yes, every other fight is still a lot of energy for 99 tankards, but without the energy hack from before, most people won't really benefit much from doing this because they'll still need to wait for energy to refill for an hour before they can do another fight. Going through this immensely slow process once every hour, even with Coowon's speed multiplier, is a lot of time just to ensure one drop per fight.

I have him. He is an all-rounder. He needs to be able to take a hit because in pvp people might decide to take him out first, needs a boost to precision and also should have a boost to attack in order to capitalize on his counters and follow-ups. A full chaos it's not a bad idea, depending on your bonuses though you may want to go a bit towards attack or precision.
