i just went and reconfirmed what you said and found both to be false.
the disorientation hack is not working in pvp, and the AOE hax are working.

like kirby said the info u gave is wrong and it could mislead and  cause trouble for others so it would be great if u could just check and se to verify the info then post it than rather to give wrong info ... even i tried and the disorientation hack is not working (gives cve) and the AOE hack is working well (and i hope it does so in future too) 


-EDIT-
for those who are having trouble at pvp without disorienation try using union jack and rocket racoon (the L9 skill of union jack to get the flanked and then the L6 skill of rocket racoon should be great ) then watch ur enemies burn or get shot (ur choice)

That's true, desorientation is not working, but AOE works fine.

it does and even i hav been using this method (getting almost cve evertime but not always) but didnt know about the fighting pve though so thanks and now most of the times no cve

its working fine.. did u guys go to a PVE fight first ?(i went to the 12.2 fight)then going to pvp and it usually works for me and no cve but not always tho

What triggers it? What is the server looking for? Why can we sometimes avoid it?

There must be a pattern somewhere.

  I think, with this people managed to get there? even if they use the AoE buff atack, would not it just as they get it.
Did some managed to bypass stop cve and are using desorientation? or are using other methods? I do not know ...
