You need:

Charles web debugging proxy
KHUT
and
mission xml.  exp. spec ops is 1026.xml

Instruction:

Clear  browser cache and history, run Charles run game and find  xml path like in pic. Then use map local and make rule that 1026.xml will be loaded from you PC, after that clear browser cahce and history, run game, run khut and  play spec ops ;) Enemy get hiiiiiiiiiiggggghhhh damge ;). You can do this trick for every mission spec ops, regular mission etc. To do this you must change in ***.xml  values and :
I do 1000 :)
10000.465
10000.388

Just rememebr some mission have enemy that hit yours agent even you have disoriented hack  and they kill you whole team. In that mission i use hero Groot tree men

So, we have editable mission.xmls with no CVE.

How do we leverage auto-PVE with this to mazimize effect? 
 
I've noticed when I did a half-assed global-search-and-replace for shield points, I got no cool drops. 
 
When I replace the unstable-ISO with the Cube for example, it changes the image, but I get no drops.

xmls for use with charles for 1.12.2 and spec ops

for all battles, enemies attack themselves for single target attacks, and they attack their whole team with their aoe attacks.

EXCEPT FOR EPIC HULK - SWEET MERCIFUL CRAP I ONLY WANT TO SAY THIS ONCE

Fixed it, it works on epic hulk too. 
 
I'm currently testing Missions 1 and three; I'm not sure how the "escaping/fleeing" characters will behave.

No CVE

Incoming fix for M1 re: scarlet witch. That means the above archive has scarlet witch performing her normal spells messing up autoPVE with too many debuffs and things
 
All of these things are geared towards using autoPVE with minimal difficulty and shitty characters. 
 
Next Morning Edit: the Spec Ops M1 scarlet witch battle is a bit messed. I"ll work on it, probably. 1.12.2 seems like it works pretty well, and Spec Ops mission 2 works I think.

Editing the client.xml can accomplish several things, I'll just mention that and I accomplished

-Edit The damage of weapons
Edit skills damage Heroes
-Convert Any weapon in quick action, remove cooling, make weapons of attack are AOB, make the beneficial states never expire.
-Increase The score for 5 Stars in one round (Special to the Daily Missions)

In The XML of missions can increase DROP facing hit enemies (For round'm getting 20 ISO U xD I have 4k)
-Make Enemies attack each other and reduce the attack skills

You can do many things, it's just a matter of using the imagination
Some are using DROP HACK BR, as they do not obtain a CVE? I do not know, I'm investigating ...

just tried the 1026.xml but when the game loads and i go to sepc ops the fights dont load (the buildings dont become blue and i even tried to abort and start again but same result ) i took the xml file from the link jarly gave so can someone give a detailed instruction on how to use it ? (beginner in charles)

So client.xml editing won't give CVE either? I will go home in a few hours and take a look. Making 5 star or daily mission in 1 run would be epic btw. :)

Change in mission xml. this values:
 <inCombatDropRateKo>1.0</inCombatDropRateKo>
      <inCombatDropRateHit>1.0</inCombatDropRateHit>

You get all drops from mission. No unlimited drop but about 13~15 items

 

when i try to use 112.xml and succesfully activate it the enemies dont attack they just skip their turns and my team does auto-battle so can anyone tell me why ? (i used the xml from jarly)

Use this one:
- Enemy hit with big DMG 
- extra you can change Agent for other hero to earn more XP
- i try to change capita america but  that make CVE
