delete C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Temp\Deployment\
and delete C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Apps\

then reinstall your .net framework, even if your computer came with the proper .net

use the link on the KHUT page for the .net framework download

then after youve rebooted try and reinstall the ultra trainer

from my 2 minutes of googling, it says its a .net framework issue
